1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any digital course or material from Medicine.ac (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Digital Delivery
- We provide digital medical education resources tailored for board exams and USMLE preparation.
- All products are delivered electronically via secure cloud links (e.g., Google Drive). No physical products are shipped.
- Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You must provide a valid Gmail address to enable access.
- Unless explicitly stated, access is provided as downloadable files via Google Drive with unlimited downloads, subject to these Terms.
3. Payments, Pricing & Taxes
- We accept PayPal, Visa/MasterCard (via our payment partners), and select cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, USDT).
- Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price at checkout.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees charged by your provider.
- Fraud screening may delay delivery until verification is complete.
4. Access Period & License
- Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal study use.
- Standard access period: five (5) years from the purchase date. We may (at our discretion) extend or renew access upon request if the content remains available.
- We may update, replace, or retire specific files to maintain quality and legal compliance.
5. Refunds
Refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase for valid reasons (e.g., significant technical issues, material mismatch against the description). Each request is evaluated case-by-case. Contact: medicine.ac@gmail.com. Refunds are not provided for violations of these Terms or for issues outside our control (e.g., user storage limits, ISP blocks).
6. User Responsibilities
- No redistribution, reselling, or sharing of course content, links, or files. Sharing beyond your personal use is prohibited.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, automate bulk downloads, or expose private links.
- Keep your email/account secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your access.
- We reserve the right to watermark or uniquely tag files to deter abuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, compilations, and branding on Medicine.ac are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the materials for personal educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action. For takedowns, see our DMCA Policy.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Our materials are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - In case of termination for breach, refunds are not provided and access may be blocked immediately.
12. Warranties & Liability
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee exam results, certification, or uninterrupted availability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the impacted product.
- Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (e.g., EU consumer law) will still apply. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at medicine.ac@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled by competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Updates will be posted here with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
