Welcome to Medicine Academy. By purchasing or accessing our digital courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Medicine Academy offers digital medical education courses specifically designed to help students prepare for board exams and the USMLE. All courses are delivered electronically via cloud links (Google Drive or pCloud) after payment is confirmed.
2. Payment and Delivery
We accept payments via PayPal, cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Tether/USDT), as well as Visa and MasterCard (for customers who do not have a PayPal account).
Once payment is confirmed, course delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
Courses are shared digitally via Google Drive or pCloud.
To ensure delivery, customers are required to provide a valid Gmail address at the time of purchase.
We do not offer any physical products—all deliveries are virtual.
3. Access Period
By purchasing a course, you are granted unlimited access for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under certain conditions. If you experience a technical issue or if the course does not match its description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Certification or CME Credits
Our courses are for educational purposes only. Purchasing and completing a course does not entitle you to any official certification, CME credits, or academic credits.
6. User Responsibility
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share course content. Doing so may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Changes to Terms
Medicine Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
