At Medicine Academy, we make every effort to ensure the highest quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues with using the product, refunds are accepted under specific conditions.

2. Product Delivery:

  • After purchase, your digital products will typically be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. This may vary slightly depending on the type of product.

  • A download link or access to the product will be sent via email after the purchase.

  • If there are any issues with receiving the product (such as the link not being activated or technical problems), please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

3. Product Access:

  • Access to all digital products at Medicine Academy is unlimited in terms of time.

  • This access is only for one specific email address and the buyer. You cannot share the download link or product with others or use it for different email addresses.

4. Course Completion Percentage:

  • All courses offered at Medicine Academy are 98% complete.

  • This means that in some cases, courses may have minor missing content or details that cannot be completed or may be temporarily unavailable.

  • While we make every effort to provide the best content, this missing content may not be rectifiable, and refund requests due to incomplete content will not be accepted.

5. Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, the customer must contact us within 7 days of purchasing the digital product.

  • Refund requests will only be accepted via email at medicine.ac@gmail.com 

  • Please include the order number, purchase date, and reason for your refund request in your email to expedite the review process.

6. Conditions for Accepting Refunds:
Refunds for digital products are only accepted under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective or incomplete product: If your downloadable product is defective or incomplete, and you are unable to use it.

  • Access issues: If you cannot access the product or service for any reason, and the issue is caused by our system error.

  • Product mismatch: If the product you purchased does not match what was described on the website (e.g., incorrect description or features).

7. Conditions for Not Accepting Refunds:
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • After downloading or using the product: If you have used or downloaded the product, refunds will not be issued.

  • Custom products: Products or services that have been customized or personalized specifically for you (e.g., personalized courses, graphic design, or special content).

  • Refund request after 7 days: Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

  • Pre-sale or subscription products: Products or services specifically offered as pre-sale or as ongoing subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Process:

  • After reviewing your refund request, if approved, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • If the product was used or requested for personalization, processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Exceptions:

  • Some specific products, such as monthly or annual subscriptions offered as ongoing services, can only be refunded if the service is not provided correctly.

  • Digital products, such as online courses, that have been partially or fully used will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Unauthorized use of links and products will disqualify the refund request.
